Refund policy

  • Customer satisfaction is my #1 goal and I strive to offer an excellent product, but due to the nature of the product I am unable to offer refunds. However, there are exceptions to every rule: Unless a gross misrepresentation has been made on my part or the product is defective in some way when you receive it and I am informed within 2 days of receipt. Then you will get an exact product replacement at no cost to you upon receiving the product back. I cannot accept returns because the wrong color was ordered.
  • When returning an item I STRONGLY recommend shipping with a method that is offers tracking and/or insured for shipper's purposes. It is solely the customer's responsibility to report all physical damages to the product(s) being sent back prior to the shipment, as the shipper may be held responsible for any and all non-reported damages. It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure the integrity of the package as well as the proper delivery of the package to the correct location and agrees to take responsibility for any and all losses and/or damages to the package returned improperly.
  • If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address given (please double check shipping address at the time of check out), the package will be held until shipping charges are paid by the buyer to reship the package to a new address.
  • By placing an order, you are accepting the terms of my REFUND/RETURN Policy. Please ask ANY and ALL questions prior to ordering.
  • I can not stress enough that these items are HANDMADE and therefore NO 2 items will be exactly the same! Nothing is written in stone, so therefore if you see an item you like but would like it in a different color please do not hesitate to say so.

All items are made in a smoke free and pet free environment.
